Females are the backbone to any kennel, they are very important. A female German Shepherd I sold back East named, "Geyer's Black Magic Woman CD, TD, OFA Fair hips & elbows" (litter sister to Geyer's Black Phantom CGC, CD, BH, OFA Fair hips & elbows) is the mother of the 2004 #1 ranked Novice B Obedience German Shepherd Dog for all systems in the United States. His name is "Sharrdan's Dark Shadow CD, TC, CGC, HIC, TDI, RN, RA " and he is owned by Sharon and Joe Sheridan of Kansas. Another littermate, "Sharrdan's Abra Cadabara VCD1, UD, TD, NAP, NJP" was awarded the prestigious PAM (Performance Award of Merit) in 2008 (owner Sally Hamm). Shadow and Abbey's father was owned by the Sheridans and his name was, "Covy Tucker Hill's K.C. Jazz CDX, CGC, TC, TDI, OFA Good" (father to my Geyer's Windigirl OFA Good hips & elbows).
My first litter was out of a gorgeous female I co-leased from Woodside German Shepherds in Canada. Her name was, "Woodside Playgirl Windigail ROMC, OFA Excellent (Sel. Ch. Bear daughter). I still have many progeny that go back to her.
Another really nice female you will find in my pedigrees is, "Sharobi Geyer's Raven Beauty OFA Good hips & elbows". Raven was purchased from Sharobi German Shepherds in Washington and was out of Ch. Sharobi's Parco's O-Ring Mister OFA Good (GV Quik son) and a beautiful black female imported from England. I lost Raven at age 10.
Last, but definitely not least, I have to mention, "Geyer's INXS vom Kriegerland CGC, BH, TC, OFA Good hips & elbows". INXS came from California at 7 weeks of age and was the apple of my eye. She was from your older working lines and I'll never forget Jim Elder (past president of the United Schutzhund Clubs of America) telling me at a training seminar, "I could title this bitch in Schutzhund with one arm tied behind my back." She was never fully titled because I am not the best trainer. "Inky Stinky" died at age 11.
